Annette is president and founder of Aesthetics Inc., a multidisciplinary design firm that has designed multi-sensory healing environments for healthcare institutions for over 40 years. Nationally recognized for her leadership in the field, she is a sought after lecturer on the effects of the arts in healthcare. Annette is president emeritus of the Society for Arts in Healthcare, an advisory council member of the National Symposium on Health Care Design, a founder a Board Member of the National Organization for Arts in Health (NOAH) and a curator of arts and healing projects.
Some of her recent projects have been Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital, Stanford, BC. Children’s Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Boston, Mass. Annette has won numerous awards nationally and internationally for her work. She and Blair Sadler have co-authored the book, Transforming the Healthcare Experience through the Arts.
Advisor to hospitals and businesses for 40 years, David is well known as the author of Wall Street Journal Best Seller Preventing BrandSlaughter: How to Preserve, Support and Grow your Brand Asset Value. President of The Performance Technology Group, David is an inventor, , healthcare trainer and lecturer on how to create and maintain brand integrity at every touchpoint. Over 10,000 healthcare workers have experienced his multi day training program, The Marketing Mentality for the Healthcare Professional based on his book, Psyched On Service: Building a Total Service Mentality. He was awarded the BofA Innovation of the Year for his medical touchscreen system for lifestyle dispensing. As President of Aesthetic Audio Systems since 2004, he had oversight of nationwide hospital installations of Harmonic Healthcare™ customized ambient music systems. In 2019 David had the honor of having two of his books achieve the Wall Street Journal Best Sellers List.
Gary Malkin is a multiple Emmy award-winning composer, public speaker, and music and health innovator who empowers the world to embrace musical strategies for health, wellness, optimal performance, and a connection to what matters most.
He is dedicated to redefining music’s role in society’s institutions, with a particular focus on developing music-infused psychosocial resources for those traversing life’s significant transitions. He has spent the last twenty years developing “alchemical wisdom,” a genre that sets spoken wisdom to customized music so that we might to fully listen to life-enhancing wisdom — not just with our minds, but with our hearts and souls as well.

An expert about bringing original art into healthcare settings, Naj Wikoff has successfully established arts programming in healthcare facilities and medical schools. He has trained artists on how to work in clinical and community settings, has organized arts collections, and has developed strategic funding plans for healthcare organizations and community institutions. Naj is the former Director of the Healing and the Arts Project, C. Everett Koop Institute at Dartmouth College, and a past President of the Society for the Arts in Healthcare. He is a founding member of both the Institute of Arts & Health at Lesley University and the National Initiative for Arts in Health in the Military.
